Info from Licensor: "The postman never knocks on my door as I have a porch that parcels always get left in, however, this postman decided to leave the parcel outside the porch door right under the door handle! So when I went to open the door to retrieve the parcel it wouldn’t pull right down to open the door! I had my baby inside too, and I can’t get out of my back garden as there isn't a gate and fences are too high, plus they back onto another garden, and the windows in my house are on safety latch so they don't open wide enough to climb out! My family lives out of the country, and my partner was working! I put up a sign hoping a passerby would move the parcel but luckily after about an hour, I saw a lady walking by and banged on the window to get her attention and she was kind enough to move the parcel!"
