Terrifying scene unfolds as child dangles from fourth-floor balcony in Primorye, Russia
On April 7, 2024, a disturbing incident unfolded in the village of Khrustalny, Kavalerovo district of Primorye, Russia. A harrowing video emerged online showing a small child dangling from the fourth-floor balcony of an apartment building, while another sat precariously on the balcony railing. The children, born in 2017 and 2018, took advantage of their mother's sleep to venture onto the balcony. The boy, leaning over, fell and clung to the ledge. Fortunately, a neighbor intervened and helped him back inside, while the girl managed to return to the apartment on her own.
