On April 11th, in Jinan, northern China, a man was spotted riding a skateboard while wearing a helmet on an elevated road. Footage captured by witnesses shows dense traffic on the elevated road, with the man's hands spread open like "Batman," swiftly gliding close to the ground at a speed comparable to cars. New vehicles are constantly merging into the road at junctions, making the behavior extremely dangerous. On the 11th, Jinan Traffic Police responded that the man involved had been identified as a student from a vocational school. The police will penalize and educate him accordingly.
