11/12/2023 11:30 am (GMT-0800) | SANTA MONICA – LAPD Pacific units attempted to stop a black Ford Explorer for unknown reasons when the driver sped away from officers.
A pursuit was initiated and continued into the city of Santa Monica.
The pursuit terminated when the suspect crashed his vehicle into a curb at the northwest corner of Ocean Avenue and Olympic Drive.
The suspect was taken into custody without further incident.
No further details at this time.
