An LAPD Southwest gang unit struck a pedestrian and crashed into a burger stand at 3998 S Normandie Ave.
Per a witness at the scene, two gang units were chasing a vehicle when one of them made an abrupt turn before crashing.
The pedestrian was evaluated at the scene by LAFD, but declined further assistance.
There was no serious structural damage to the burger stand.
No officers were injured.
LAPD South Traffic is investigating.
