Two subjects that fled on foot from North Berwick Police Officers are apprehended in Wells, USA
This footage was filmed and produced 13 April 2024.
On the night of April 13th, members of the Wells Police Department and sUAS Unit assisted with the successful apprehension of two subjects that fled on foot from North Berwick Police Officers.
The sUAS was able to cover a large footprint utilizing it’s thermal imaging camera, while working in conjunction with a K-9 Unit and officers searching the area. It was a multi-agency team effort with a safe and successful ending.
The fooatge demonstrates that the sUAS is able to detect heat signatures at night that assists us with search operations and overall scene safety.
