In a shocking case of violation of privacy and sexual abuse, a person has been arrested in Malaga for sexually assaulting and secretly recording intimate images of his stepdaughter, who is a minor. The perpetrator had installed hidden micro cameras disguised as a plush toy, a light bulb, and a plug socket in the bedroom and bathroom of his home in the town of Mijas, Malaga.

The individual used sedative drugs to induce drowsiness in the underage victim before sexually assaulting her. The victim revealed to authorities that the perpetrator would prepare tea for her at night, after which she would feel extremely tired.

Upon searching the perpetrator's residence, law enforcement officers discovered USB storage devices containing intimate recordings showing the perpetrator sexually assaulting the minor. Additionally, cameras and various sedative drugs were also found.

The perpetrator had been living with his partner and her daughter for seven years. The alarm was raised by the minor's boyfriend, who discovered a hidden camera in a teddy bear, prompting the mother to report the incident to the Civil Guard. Further investigation revealed hidden micro cameras in a light bulb and a plug socket in different areas of the house, including the minor's bedroom and bathroom.

The perpetrator had allegedly been recording intimate sexual images of the minor for two years, from the age of 16 until she reached adulthood. Upon learning of the family's complaint against him, he immediately fled their residence in Mijas. For three weeks, he continuously changed rental homes through an online platform until being apprehended by the Civil Guard in Malaga capital.

He was apprehended by officers while retrieving his computer from a bus station locker in Malaga, leading to his arrest. He faces charges of sexual assault, invasion of privacy, and possession of child pornography. Following his appearance before the judicial authority, he has been remanded in custody.
