The government demanded towns to build more houses as the need is great. Watford has be packed cramed with new housing blocks. Many fear it will become a ghetto.
This new aerial drone video footage of Sydney Road, Watford has multiple new blocks being built.
The first part was taken in 2023 when the first part was completed, the second part shows the additional Site B, located at 29-43 Sydney Road (WD18 7PZ).

Firstly the Laundry works, then now next to it the additional blocks. And in the background the Ascot tower which has six adjoining blocks across 8 and 10 storeys comprising 279 residential
units.
