On April 13, a passerby, Mr. Hu, recorded the rescue of a girl who accidentally fell into the water in Liaocheng, Shandong Province.

After noticing the accident, a passing elderly man, regardless of his own safety, jumped into the water immediately without hesitation to rescue.

With a cardboard box put down by people on the shore to help locate the girl, the old man found the girl in the water, who at that time had only her hair still floating on the surface, and brought her to the shore.

Eventually, with the collective help of the people on the shore and the old man, the girl choked on a few mouthfuls of water and eased up, while the old man left without leaving his name.

According to media reports, the heroic senior rescuer is named Wu Qing, 64 years old.
