Dubai residents wade through flooded road after downpour
Footage shows residents wading through flooded roads in the United Arab Emirates following heavy rain that killed at least 20 people across the region.
The video was recorded in Dubai on April 16.
Officials said it was the heaviest rainfall recorded in recent history in the country. It also wrought havoc at the state-owned Dubai International Airport with inbound flights diverted and departures cancelled.
