The doctor removed an 18cm long leech from an 8-year-old boy's nose
Video captured the moment of Doctor removed an 18cm long leech from an 8-year-old boy's nose in Nghe An, Vietnam.
According to the doctor, the boy's father took the boy to the hospital with a sore and bleeding nose.
After using endoscopic equipment to examine, the doctor suddenly discovered a large leech living in the boy's nasal canal.
The doctor quickly used forceps to remove the leech from the boy's nasal canal.
The boy said that a week ago he went to bathe in a river with his friends. And since then he felt pain in his nose.
The footage was filmed with the patient's permission.
