This is the moment a woman is knocked repeatedly to the ground and ends up crawling along the road in the face of strong winds and rain in China.

The woman was alone on the street when she was caught by the gale-force winds and rain that lashed her as she attempted to head against it on a wet road in Guangdong, on April 20.

She was seen repeatedly tumbling to the ground, and at one point even spun around in a circle as she slowly made progress back home.

It came as storms killed four people and left at least 10 others missing in southern China this week. Tens of thousands of residents were also evacuated from areas hit by torrential downpours.

Heavy rain has battered the vast southern province of Guangdong, causing rivers to swell and raising fears of severe flooding.
