On April 12, 2024, a video surfaced online, shared by @Nuaiman773, capturing a harrowing water rescue attempt in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. The footage depicted a person assisting another individual across a body of water. However, the situation quickly escalated as the person being helped lost their footing and fell into the swiftly moving water. Both individuals were swept away by the current. The couple is fine.
