USA: Arleta 2 Vehicles Vs Possible Unhoused Individual Fatality on 5 Freeway Off Ramp

The California Highway Patrol, Los Angeles Police Department and Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian collision on the 5 Freeway off-ramp at Osborne.
The individual, possibly unhoused, was struck on the sidewalk as a vehicle missed the off-ramp.
Osborne southbound ramp was closed for the investigation.
CHP PIO Isabel Diaz confirmed to Key News Network that the incident was a two-vehicle versus pedestrian fatal crash. More details are expected from the CHP regarding this incident at some point today.
