A delegation of diplomatic envoys, agency representatives and journalists from 25 Latin American and Caribbean countries visited central China's Hubei Province from Monday to Thursday.
The delegation was impressed by China's new energy vehicle (NEV) industry during their tour to several upstream and downstream NEV factories in the cities of Xiangyang and Wuhan.
