USA: Man Shot on 6th Street Bridge in Los Angeles

LAPD Central Division units responded to reports of shots fired in the area of 6th and Mateo streets.
When units arrived on scene, they located a male suffering from an unknown number of gunshot wounds in the westbound bike lane of the 6th Street Bridge.
Officers spotted a possible suspect who fled underneath the bridge and was apprehended without further incident.
A loaded firearm was located near where the suspect was taken into custody.
The victim was transported to Los Angeles General Medical Center by LAFD in unknown condition.
