A cow was rescued by members of Atal Kamdhenu Gausevak Sansthan, a local organisation after it had fallen into a well which was 100-feet deep, in central India's Madhya Pradesh.

This incident happened in Shahdol district of the state on April 26.

In the depths of the well, the cow stood motionless, her large frame barely fitting in the confined space. With precision and care, Prakash Sen from the Atal Kamdhenu Gausevak Sansthan descended into the darkness, expertly maneuvering to secure ropes around the distressed animal. With a collective effort, the rescue team heaved, muscles straining against the weight as the cow was slowly lifted from her predicament.

Time seemed to stretch as the clock ticked on, each minute marked by the determined persistence of the rescuers. Finally, at 5:07 pm IST, amidst a collective sigh of relief, the cow emerged from the well, safe and unharmed, a testament to the power of human compassion and teamwork.
