Two delivery riders almost crushed underneath massive falling tree
Two delivery riders were almost crushed underneath a massive falling tree during a storm in China.
Two delivery men had a narrow brush with death when the massive roadside tree battered by recent storms collapsed, and yet incredibly, the branches fell on either side but never struck them.
The incident, captured on a nearby surveillance camera, reportedly occurred in an urban area in Hebei, a northern Chinese province near the capital of Beijing, at around 11 am on Tuesday, April 23.
The area had been affected by severe storms accompanied by strong winds, which apparently weakened a roadside tree's trunk and it could no longer support the heavy branches on top.
In the video, two delivery workers were seen getting off their motorbikes when the tree finally toppled down, nearly hitting them.
Fortunately, the massive branches landed on the ground just inches from both men and amazingly did not damage the parked cars either.
