This is the amusing moment a six-year-old boy showcased his stunning fire-spitting stunts in China.

Li Wenjie demonstrated his impressive fire-spitting skills in Yongchuan, Chongqing, China, on April 12.

Footage shows Li rotating the shaft inflamed with fire on both ends.

He then spits water from his mouth to make the fire larger for his performance.

Li said he aspires to become a master of Sichuan Opera and has been learning fire-spitting from his father for nearly three years.

According to his father, he has been practising every day despite harsh weather conditions. He would practice spitting cold water, causing his cheeks and lips to swell from the cold.

The talented child was invited to join the local Spring Festival Ceremony this year.
