A groom gave an awesome gift of cash rolled out like a carpet to his bride.
John Clavecillas unveiled the surprise to Jamaica Juridico during their wedding reception in Valencia City, the Philippines, on April 27.
Footage shows John opening a suitcase with the folded-up money inside as the crowd cheered and the event host shouted, ‘one million pesos'.
The generous groom spread out the cash gift across the aisle and offered it to Jamaica, who wore it on her back like a cape while they had their first dance.
Event host Lester Dave Verano said: ‘The wedding coordinator Phebejoy Daquila helped the groom to prepare the big surprise. The cash gift became a special highlight of their wedding day.'
The money carpet was made up of bank notes worth 1,000,000 Philippine Pesos, or 17,300 USD.
