USA: Victim Fatally Wounded in Car Shooting in Granada Hills, LA

A shooting involving a white sedan occurred Wednesday morning near the intersection of Shoshone Avenue and Rinaldi Street. LAPD officers responded to reports of a victim down next to a white vehicle. Three people were inside the vehicle at the time of the shooting. Two of the occupants of the vehicle attempted CPR on the victim who was shot. LAFD paramedics transported the victim with CPR in progress to a local area hospital. A spokesperson for the LAPD said the 19-year-old male victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital. A bullet hole was observed in the passenger side door of the vehicle. It is unknown at this time where the shooting occurred, or if this was a road rage incident.
