Police Arrest Councilwoman Tayna Fogle for Alleged Involvement in Fraudulent Charges Inquiry
The Lexington Police Department has unveiled footage capturing the arrest of Councilwoman Tayna Fogle just hours after charges against her were dismissed on Tuesday.
Fogle, who appeared in court for a pretrial conference on Tuesday, saw all charges against her dropped, as confirmed by the Robert F. Stephens District Courthouse to FOX 56.
Fogle's arrest on March 10 at an AT&T store on Richmond Road stemmed from allegations of discussing fraudulent charges to her account. Despite the charges of criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, and menacing, Fogle's stipulation regarding probable cause led to the dismissal of all accusations.
