A woman desperately climbed through a shuttle window as crowds became stranded atop a scenic mountain during the Labour Day holidays in central China.

The video was filmed in the city of Xinxiang in Henan Province on May 2.

A large number of visitors found themselves stranded atop the scenic mountain due to overcrowding and a shortage of shuttle buses. Desperate to catch a ride, one woman resorted to squeezing through a window to board the already-packed shuttle.

Meanwhile, elderly and frail tourists, unable to make the arduous journey downhill, were left to spend the night in the confines of the area's restaurants, waiting for transport to ease their predicament.

5月2日，河南新乡宝泉旅游区，因景区客流超限，摆渡车运力不足，导致大批游客被滞留到了景区山顶，无奈之下只能徒步十几公里下山。有女子为了抢着搭上摆渡车，直接从车窗钻进车内。还有一些老弱夫妇游客，因不方便徒步，选择在餐厅内彻夜等待。
