Pedro Pascal and Dakota Johnson were spotted in New York as filming on their new feature Materialists kicked off.

The stars were seen making their way through the city as they headed to set. The footage was taken on Wednesday (1 May) at 2pm.

Production company A24 confirmed the film is in active production in New York City this spring.



Starring Pedro Pascal, Dakota Johnson and Chris Evans, the film follows a matchmaker who falls into a toxic love triangle.



In the footage, Pedro Pascal, of Game of Thrones and Narcos fame, donning sunglasses and shirt, can be seen strolling through the city.

He then climbs into a waiting car seemingly unnoticed by members of the public walking past.



And Dakota Johnson was spotted walking past her trailer clutching papers and a drink.

She appeared comfortably dressed in Ugg boots and a long grey cardigan with her hair left loose as she stepped into a waiting car.
