Info from Licensor: "I went to grab a Starbucks coffee before filming a wedding because I am a videographer. As I was in the drive thru, I heard a smash and looked in front of me and a man was on the ground next to his bike and a car. I realized quickly that I got it on camera. I sent the video to authorities and was told by them that he had life threatening injuries. I was also told the driver was deemed not at fault."
