A violent knife attack unfolded at a local hospital, resulting in the tragic deaths of two individuals and leaving 21 others wounded in southwestern China.

The video was filmed in Zhenxiong County in Yunnan Province on May 7.

Authorities have identified the perpetrator as a male villager from Poji Township in Zhenxiong County. The motive behind the attack remains under investigation as the injured receive urgent medical treatment at the hospital.

Sources close to the investigation have revealed that the suspect might not have acted alone. While one individual has been apprehended, there are reports of others still at large, intensifying the urgency of the ongoing manhunt.
