Sparrow boldly joins traveller for breakfast at airport in China
A sparrow boldly joined a traveller for breakfast at an airport in eastern China.
The video was filmed in Shanghai on May 7. A sparrow accidentally flew into the terminal of Shanghai Pudong International Airport and boldly approached a passenger, seeking food and joining him for an unexpected "breakfast gathering."
According to the filmer, she initially mistook the bird for a pet of the man having breakfast nearby. It was only upon inquiry that she realised no one knew the sparrow, concluding it had ventured into the terminal by mistake.
Mr. Wang, the diner, shared his experience. Returning from Japan to Shenyang with a layover at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, he found himself suddenly joined by a sparrow at his table during breakfast.
Wang even fed the bird a piece of his bun. He mentioned feeling tired after a night-long flight, but the unexpected company of the little sparrow instantly brightened his mood.
After finishing its breakfast, the sparrow flew away, leaving its destination unknown.
