Flower shop seller thwarts theft attempt in Rostov, Russia
On April 17, 2024, in Rostov, Russia, a daring robbery attempt was thwarted by a vigilant flower shop seller on Voroshilovsky Avenue. Two men sought to abscond with both a bouquet of flowers and the cash register, but their plans were quickly foiled when the seller intervened and alerted the authorities. The Don Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that criminal cases have been initiated against the suspects. The seller's swift action, along with the assistance of nearby merchants, led to the apprehension of the would-be thieves, who received medical attention after the altercation.
