Crazed Thai shoppers surged into a warehouse selling second-hand goods from Japan.

Chaotic footage shows the frantic mob pushing their way through the warehouse's shutters to get first dibs on discounted imported items at the Tokyo Plaza store in Khon Kaen, northeast Thailand.

Tokyo Plaza sells second-hand Japanese products like furniture, toys, accessories, and clothing. It currently has five branches in four Thai provinces, including the capital Bangkok.

Because of the low prices, hordes of bargain hunters gathering at the warehouses before store hours have become a familiar sight.

They rush through the door to buy discounted products, with many of them being resold on market stalls.

Tokyo Plaza is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10 am to 8 pm.
