Based on Philippine state weather bureau PAGASA on it's latest heat index bulletin, there are 31 areas in the Philippines classified as "dangerous," with temperatures ranging from 42 degree Celsius to 46°C:

The heat index, or apparent temperature, considers both humidity and air temperature to show how hot it actually feels.

The Philippines is experiencing extreme heat this past months without no rain and now, every morning the weather is extremely hot and then severe raining in the afternoon.
