In a move to address critical humanitarian needs in the Gaza Strip, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) coordinated the transfer of 200,000 liters of fuel to international organizations earlier today (Friday).

The Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) announced the successful transfer of fuel through the MOD Crossing Points Authority's Kerem Shalom Crossing. This initiative aims to support essential services provided by international organizations operating in Gaza, including hospitals, humanitarian areas, logistical centers, and the distribution of aid.

All trucks transporting the fuel underwent thorough inspection by CPA workers at the Kerem Shalom Crossing to ensure compliance with security protocols and prevent the smuggling of illicit goods into the region.

This latest effort underscores the IDF's commitment to addressing humanitarian needs in the Gaza Strip while maintaining rigorous security measures to safeguard against security threats.
