A deliveryman saved an elderly woman hanging from the balcony of a residential building in eastern China.

The video was filmed in Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province on May 12.

An elderly woman hung from a second-floor balcony as her head became stuck in the security bars.

A passing delivery rider spotted the incident. He then rushed upstairs and lifted the elderly person up to bring her to safety with other people inside the flat.

The delivery rider, named Huang Shengyin, said, "I didn't think much at the time. The first and only thought was to save the person."

According to reports, Huang heard some noise and looked up to see the incident. He quickly dialled the emergency call and then rushed into the building with another rider.

Huang recalled that the elderly person had a female family member pulling her, but she was almost out of strength. Huang, along with the other rider and the family member, pulled the elderly person up together.

Finally, the elderly person was rescued. The elderly person and their family member kept thanking him, but he couldn't stay long. He quickly got on his electric bike and went to deliver other orders. "Not a single order was overdue," Huang laughed.

It is reported that Huang is usually willing to help others, and his delivery ability is also strong. The platform has applied for the title of Pioneer Rider and cash rewards for him to encourage his brave actions.

5月12日，浙江温州，一位老人在家中阳台上不慎失足，头部被卡在窗外护栏，整个身体悬空。危急时刻，一名路过的美团外卖小哥迅速冲上楼，将老人成功救出。
经了解，救人的外卖小哥叫黄盛因，是一名00后，他说：“当时没有多想，第一个也是唯一一个的念头就是救人。”
黄盛因介绍，事情发生在5月12日下午4点多快5点，当天是母亲节，又是晚高峰，他的手头挂着六七个单子，“刚刚送了第一单，就是在永嘉瓯北中意小区，正准备往小区外面走，听到了一声闷响。”
听到声音，黄盛因觉得有点奇怪，循着声音过去，抬头一看，眼前这一幕惊呆了，“不得了，一名老人卡在阳台窗外户栏，整个身体悬空，随时有生命危险。”
黄盛因赶紧拨打了119，接着跟另外一名骑手一起冲进单元门。“太紧急了，我都没注意究竟是几楼，看到一个打开的大门就冲进去了。”黄盛因回忆，老人大约六七十岁，当时家中还有女性家属拉着他，但是已经力气快用完了，黄盛因和另外一名骑手，以及家属，一起协力将老人往上拉。
终于，老人救回来了，短短几分钟仿佛过了很久。黄盛因松了一口气，老人和家属一个劲儿跟他说感谢，不过他顾不上多停留，又赶紧骑上电瓶车，去送其他的外卖了。“一个订单都没有超时。”黄盛因笑了。
这个事情黄盛因没有放在心上，也没有对外说。“没想到，今天站长给我打电话，我才知道有人拍了视频发到网上。”
黄盛因觉得，这个事情没什么，反倒是自己救了人之后，一整天心情都很好。“我的偶像是雷锋。”他说。
据悉，黄盛因平时乐于助人、跑单能力也较强，平台已为其申请到了先锋骑手荣誉称号和现金奖励，以鼓励他的见义勇为行为。
