Martial artist climbs stairs and skips on his head
Amazing but bizarre footage of a kung-fu expert climbing stairs and skipping while balancing on his head.
The video, captured in Shangqiu, Henan Province, China last Friday, shows the martial artist, named Lizhi, showing off his head standing prowess in the most extreme ways possible.
According to local reports, he started to practice headstanding to go upstairs when he was 12. He's now been doing it for 16 years.
He used to get head and neck injuries but he toughened up over time.
