Hungry elephant caught raiding a tourist's car in Thailand's Khao Yai National Park
This footage shows a hungry wild elephant was caught stealing food from a tourist's car in Thailand.
The jumbo was spotted rummaging through the boot of the vehicle while it was parked at the Khao Yai National Park in Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
The animal is seen walking to the black sedan and picking up food from its rear compartment.
Onlooking tourists called an officer for assistance, prompting a quick response.
Officials were seen driving a pickup truck to chase the elephant back to the forest and eventually wandered off without hurting anyone.
