USA: Pharmacy Robbery in Murrieta

At approximately 3 p.m., Murrieta Police were called to the ProCare Pharmacy inside the Walsh Medical Arts building at 25405 Hancock Ave. in the city of Murrieta for reports of a armed robbery. Murrieta PD arrived on scene to employees of the pharmacy saying that three suspects armed with guns held them at gunpoint stealing at least $1,200.00 in cash and over $4,000.00 in cough syrup and pain pills. The suspects fled on Hancock Avenue in a blue Volkswagen Jetta. According to building maintenance staff, the security cameras were not functioning at the time of the robbery.
