Watch street food dessert made from ice shavings being served
A Thai vendor makes a refreshing street food dessert made from ice shavings.
The video shows the woman filling a plastic bowl with toppings like chopped fruits and jelly before piling a large mound of crushed ice onto the container at her stall in Bangkok, Thailand on May 18.
The ice is then doused with red and yellow sweet syrup, and drizzled with a layer of condensed milk.
The treat is called 'namkhaeng sai' - Thailand's version of a snow cone similar to Korea's 'bingsu' and Japan's 'kakigori' desserts.
