The U.S. recently announced new tariffs on a variety of imports from China, including EVs, solar cells and other clean-energy products.
A Cairo-based expert said this hostile move is a U.S. tool to disrupt China's industrial and technological progress.

However, these measures come at a high cost, as American citizens traveling to Europe, Africa, and Asia will find that the American market has lost access to important products.
The U.S. aims to disrupt China's fast, large-scale, and high-quality production of electric cars.
These hostile American measures aimed at disrupting China's industrial and technological progress.
The U.S. only cares about its own interests and the dominance of its dollar, even at the expense of others.
U.S. policies ignore the fact that we all live on a single ship called Earth."
Helmy also noted that China's pursuit of green development will provide numerous opportunities for the world.
