Wild monkey burglar wakes up resident with a surprise visit in southern China
On May 14, 2024 in Leshan, Sichuan Province, a filmer was awakened early in the morning by an uninvited guest outside his window.
At seven in the morning, the filmer was half asleep when he was disturbed by a rattling at the window. Upon closer inspection, he realized that it was a small monkey that was trying to reach through the window to get something to open the window, probably trying to come in for food.
According to the filmer, who lives on the Emei Mountain, the little monkey named Jin Bao is also a permanent resident on the mountain.
