A camel mother knelt to her owner as she thought her baby was being taken away in northern China.

The video was filmed in Xilingol League in Inner Mongolia on May 9.

When the owner placed the newborn baby camel in the truck to take it home, the mother, mistaking that her baby was going to be taken away from her, anxiously approached the truck and knelt down to the owner on her front legs in a touching plea.

On the way home with her owner, the mother camel stayed close to her baby the entire journey. Upon arriving home, the owner took the baby camel out of the truck, and the mother immediately came forward to snuggle with her baby.
