STORYLINE:

China's Yangtze River Delta, encompassing the provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, as well as Shanghai Municipality, is seen as the economic powerhouse of the country. 

Underpinning the region's steady growth trend is resource sharing, scientific research cooperation, and industrial linkage.

Many companies from Zhejiang Province's Jiashan County are taking advantage of an innovation center built by the county in Shanghai. 

Shanghai Hubang Textile Technology Co., Ltd. built a production base in Jiashan two years ago. An hour's drive away, in the innovation center in Shanghai, it conducts new product R&D work as well as import and export trade.
