China: Elephant spreads dirt with trunk in retaliation for noisy parrots neighbor
Zhejiang, China - May 5, 2024
On May 5, 2024 in Hangzhou Safari Park, a playful scene has been captured on video by a visitor Ms. Ding as a fairytale like dispute unfolds between two neighbors at the zoo: an elephant and a parrot.
At around one o'clock at noon, a routine show was taking place in the parrot park, but the noise unintentionally woke up an elephant who was taking a nap beside it. With the rage of being woken up, the elephant kept throwing up dust with its trunk and showering the parrot next door, without giving up despite the stops and diversions of the keepers.
However, the parrot that caused the dispute was not harmed; instead, a spectator who was all watching the program next door was all sprinkled with dirt.
