The Inter City Express already had the name "Solomon Browne" in recognition of the Penlee Lifeboat that was lost with all crew whilst attempting to rescue the crew of the Union Star who also perished. The addition of the 200th anniversary logo was welcomed by GWR representatives and RNLI volunteers at London Paddington and Penzance. The Inter City Express with the new livery is seen here at/departing Penzance Railway Station
