More than 20 people lifted a car together to rescue a cyclist trapped underneath after a collision in southern China.

The heroic video was filmed in Changsha City in Hunan Province on May 21.

The rescuers lifted the car a total of four times in 7 minutes before successfully freeing the man.

The injured man was then taken to the hospital for treatment.

Luckily, he is not in life-threatening condition.

Over 20 people spontaneously gathered to lift a car to rescue a man trapped underneath after a collision happened near the intersection of Xiangya Road and Huangxing North Road in Changsha, Hunan.

Video filmed on May 21, 2024, at around 8:30 p.m. shows many people lifting one side of the car while others trying to pull the injured man out.

The accident caused a traffic jam, and citizens who arrived later at the scene directed traffic to buy time for the rescue efforts.

The rescuers lifted the car a total of four times in 7 minutes before successfully rescuing the man.

Then the wounded man was taken to the hospital by ambulance for treatment.

According to local reports, at the time, a car collided with an electric bicycle, causing a young man to be trapped under the car from the waist down.

It was reported that the rescued man’s condition is currently stable, and he is out of danger.
