Indian 'Karate Kid' breaks 1,001 tiles setting new world record
An Indian 'Karate Kid' claims to have broken the world record by smashing through 1,001 ceramic tiles.
Footage shows the youth named Aziz punching through stacks of tiles with his bare hands while training at the International Red Dragon Karate Traning Centre in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, on May 27.
Speaking to local media, the young athlete said he has been training at the centre for five years.
He said: 'In a few years, I hope to be able to make a new record. I am training to break 5,000 tiles on my next try.'
