A drowning prevention training session saw a 10-month-old baby, under the guidance of a coach, learning crucial water survival skills in China.

Video filmed in Shenzhen City in Guangdong Province on May 22 shows a baby grasping the rope on the trainer's back and diving into the water together.

Adorned with floaties, the babies earnestly practised kicking, floating, and breathing techniques in the water.

According to the trainer, Huang Yuxiong, the baby has been participating in these lessons since they were 3 months old. Huang introduced himself as the pioneer of drowning prevention training in China, starting his career in 2016.
