LAPD's Olympic Division units and LAFD responded to the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Serrano Avenue for a two-vehicle crash.
When first responders arrived on scene, they located a black SUV and a black Tesla.
Witnesses at the scene reported that the female driver of the SUV fled the scene and appeared to be under the influence.
Two occupants from the Tesla with unknown injuries, were transported to a local hospital by LAFD.
