USA: 15 Acre Brush Fire in Jurupa Valley, LA

On May 31, 2024, at 1:38 p.m., City of Riverside Fire Department along with CalFire Riverside, Riverside County Sheriff, Riverside County Park Rangers responded to a brush fire at the Hidden Valley Nature Center in Jurupa Valley.
Arriving engines noticed about a 1-2 acre brush fire in the river bottom. The battalion chief requested additional fire units and air resources to the scene to assist in the firefighting efforts.
Air support arrived and started to make water drops on the fire.
There is no loss of structures at this time. Fire crews will remain on scene until further notice.
