In a dramatic rescue operation this evening, a cow trapped in a septic tank in central India's Madhya Pradesh was safely extracted by a dedicated team of rescuers.

The incident occurred near the Ram Janki Temple in Sohagpur in Shahdol on June 1.

The rescue mission was spearheaded by Gaurav Ralhi Mishra and his team from the Atal Kaamdhenu Gausewa Sansthan, a local NGO known for its animal welfare efforts. The team included committed volunteers like Sarthak Mishra, Vijay Prajapati, and Avneesh Dubey, whose swift actions were crucial in saving the distressed animal.

The cow, which had accidentally fallen into the septic tank, faced significant danger. However, thanks to the prompt response and coordinated efforts of the rescuers, the animal was safely brought out and received immediate care.
