West Bank: Israeli Security Forces Conduct Extensive Counterterrorism Operation

Overnight, units from the Haruv, Duvdevan, Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), and Magav (Border Police) completed a mission lasting over 20 hours in the Tulkarm area of the Menashe Division.

During the operation, the forces destroyed three explosive labs, and engineering units uncovered several hidden explosives concealed beneath roads.

In exchange of fire incidents, the forces neutralized an armed terrorist and apprehended six additional suspects. Additionally, they located and seized dozens of weapons and military equipment and conducted searches of over 60 buildings in the area.

In the Dahriya region of the Judea Division, operatives arrested an individual wanted for aiding the terrorist responsible for the attack in Gan Yavne.

In the Huwara area of the Samaria Division, forces apprehended a suspect and discovered and confiscated tens of thousands of dollars in terror funds.

In the Al-Bira region of the Binyamin Division, facilities for manufacturing incendiary materials for terrorist organizations were neutralized.

The apprehended suspects were transferred for further interrogation by security forces, with no injuries reported among our forces.

Since the beginning of the conflict, approximately 4,000 wanted individuals have been arrested across the Judea and Samaria Division and the Jordan Valley Division, with about 1,700 of them affiliated with the Hamas terrorist organization.
