The Wessex Folk Festival held in Weymouth Dorset on a hot sunny day on June 1st 2024
An annual English Folk dance and music festive held on the harbourside at Weymouth Dorset UK. Over 30 folk dancing groups and entertainers were at the event and the hot sunshine brought out the crowds to enjoy the performances. Dancing, folk singing concerts were held on and around the harbour. The event was boosted by visitors also coming from cruise ships that were visiting the town too. The event will also run on Sunday too!
